Keel Laying of 13,200 TEU container at SHI
SMC is pleased to announce Keel Laying of 13,200 TEU container vessel, Hull No. SN2429 at Samsung Heavy Industries Shipyard, Korea. This is the second vessel in a series of eight vessels ordered by Wan Hai Lines, Taipei.
The vessel will be classed by ABS and built to Singapore flag requirements, scheduled to delivery on 6th December 2022.
Delivery of 210K DWT bulk carrier at COSCO Yangzhou
SMC is pleased to announce Delivery of 210,000 DWT bulk carrier, Hull No. H1049 (MV “DHANVANTI”) at Yangzhou COSCO Shipbuilding, China. This is the fifth vessel in a series of seven vessels ordered by ICBC, China.
The vessel will be classed by CSS and built to Marshall Islands flag requirements.
Delivery of 2,400 TEU container at NYZ
SMC is pleased to announce Delivery of 2,400 TEU container vessel, Hull No. N2004 (MV ”SITC XINCHENG” – “海丰信诚”) at New Yangzi Shipbuilding, China. This is the last vessel in a series of 5 x 2,400/2,700 TEU vessels ordered by SITC Shipping Management Co.,Ltd, China.
The vessel classed by DNV and built to Hong Kong flag requirements.

SMC is pleased to announce Keel Laying of 1,023 TEU container carrier, Hull No. SB672 at Daesun Shipbuilding, Korea. This is the second vessel in a series of ten vessels ordered by SITC Ship Owning Group Co., Ltd., China.
The vessel will be classed by ABS and built to Hong Kong flag requirements, scheduled to be delivered on 5th January 2023.
Steel Cutting of 2,600 TEU container at NYZ
SMC is pleased to announce Steel Cutting of 2,600 TEU container vessel, Hull No. N2673 at New Yangzi Shipbuilding, China. This is the eighth vessel in a series of 10 x 2,600 TEU vessels ordered by SITC Shipping Management Co.,Ltd, China.
The vessel will be classed by NK and built to Hong Kong flag requirements, scheduled to be delivered on 30th April 2023.
Delivery of 119.9K DWT DF crude/product oil tanker at GSI
SMC is pleased to announce Delivery of 119,900 DWT DF crude/product oil tanker, Hull no 20110003 (mv “Proteus Harvonne”) at Guangzhou Shipyard International, China. This the first vessel in series of eight vessels ordered by Xiang T127 HK International Ship Leasing Co., Ltd.
The vessel will be classed by DNV and built to Singapore flag requirements. Scheduled to be delivered on 10th June 2022.

The vessel will be classed by ABS and built to Hong Kong flag requirements, scheduled to be delivered on 12th October 2022.

Welcome Pramod Chambath to S.M.C. as Project Manager
We are very pleased to announce that Mr. Pramod Chambath joins Schulte Marine Concept (S.M.C.) as Project Manager from May 1st, 2022.
As a senior naval engineer and architect, Pramod has worked for 20 years in new building industry in many countries, ranging from Germany, India, Korea, China, UAE and so on. During his career so far, he has accumulated considerable expertise and extensive experience on various vessel types, especially gas carriers, including LNG, LPG, FSRU, etc. in newbuilding, marine survey, and coordination and management.
We are very excited to have him in S.M.C. project managers team. He will be responsible for the direction and management of current and future more projects, the overall management and coordination of the site supervision, shipyard audits and technical support, and so on. We believe that Pramod would be an indispensable part to S.M.C. family.
Pramod is also very enthusiastic about his new role and is ready to keep excelling his performance in S.M.C. Please join us in welcoming Pramod onboard and wish him all the best!
Launching of 49,800 DWT MR tanker at STX
SMC is pleased to announce Launching of 49,800 DWT class crude oil / product oil / chemical tanker, Hull No. S1925 at K Shipbuilding, Korea. This is the fourth vessel in a series of four vessels ordered by Island Navigation Corporation International Ltd. of Hong Kong.
The vessel is classed by ABS and built to Marshall Islands flag requirements, scheduled to be delivered on 11th August 2022
