Steel cutting of 2,700 TEU container ship at New Yangzi

SMC is pleased to report steel cutting ceremony in New Yangzi Shipyard, CHINA, of Hull No. YZJ2015-2023, the 2nd unit from the series of three 2700 TEU container ships ordered by SITC, China.

Vessels in the series will be classed by DNV-GL will be built to Hong Kong flag requirements.

Delivery of the vessel is scheduled for 31 December 2020 according Contract.

Steel cutting of ropax at Jinling Shipyard

SMC is pleased to report steel cutting ceremony in Jiangsu Jingling Shipbuilding Co., Ltd, China, of Hull No. JLZ8180222 / DNV GL ID. No. 39999, the 1st of the series of 2 x 866 Green RoPax Vessel ordered by TT Line Green Ropax GmbH & Co. KG.

All vessels in the series will be classed by DNV GL and built to Germany/Swedish flag requirements.

Vessel supervision is undertaken by SMC from 5th of December 2019.

Steel cutting of rail car carrier at Huangpu Wenchong Shipyard

SMC is pleased to report steel cutting in Guangzhou Huangpu Wenchong Shipyard Offshore Engineering Co., Ltd., China, of Hull No. H1448, the first unit from the series of two 19,000 DWT rail car carrier ordered by SEABULK LLC, USA.

All vessels in the series will be classed by ABS and built to Marshall Island flag requirements.

Delivery of the vessel is scheduled for 23rd February 2021.

Launching of 2,400 TEU container ship at New Yangzi

SMC is pleased to report Launching Ceremony in New Yangzi Shipyard, CHINA, of Hull No. YZJ2015-2146, the 4th unit from the series of six 2,400 TEU container ship ordered by SITC, China.

Vessels in the series will be classed by DNV-GL will be built to Hong Kong flag requirements.

Delivery of the vessel is scheduled for 30th September 2020 according Contract.
