Four vessels from the series are distressed assets with construction yet to be finished, while the remaining four are real newbuilding. The vessels are under construction at New Dayang, and SMC’s supervision on site started in early October.

AVIC Leasing is the largest leasing company in China among non-financial institute leasing firms and is determined to enlarge its operating lease business by entering the shipping industry.
