SMC is delighted to announce the Steel Cutting ceremony for a 40,000 DWT bulk carrier (Hull No. HCY260) under its supervision at Huanghai Shipbuilding Co., Ltd., China. This is the second vessel in a series of two ordered by Athenai Management Service Ltd.

The vessel will be classed by NK and built to Panama flag requirements. The delivery of the vessel is scheduled for 10 February 2026.

SMC is delighted to announce the Launching for a 93,500 TLC floating dry dock (Hull No. FDD93.5K-1) under its supervision at Qingdao Beihai Shipbuilding Co. Ltd., China. This is the first FDD in a series of two ordered by Grand Bahama Shipyard Limited, Bahamas.

The vessel will be classed by Lloyd’s Register and built to Bahamas flag requirements. The delivery of the vessel is scheduled for 07 August 2025.

SMC is delighted to announce the Delivery ceremony for two 65,000 DWT bulk carriers (Hull No. B65K-6 & B65K-7) under its supervision at DSIC Shanhaiguan Shipyard, China. These are the sixth and seventh vessel in a series of ten ordered by CHN ENERGY Group Shipping Co., Ltd., China.

The vessel will be classed by CCS Register and built to China flag requirements. The delivery of the vessel is scheduled for 28 February 2025.

SMC is delighted to announce the Launching Ceremony for a 62,000 DWT heavy-lift multi-purpose vessel (Hull No. CX9611) under its supervision at CSSC Chengxi Shipyard (Yangzhou), China. This is the eleventh vessel in a series of twelve ordered by Bank of Communications Financials Leasing Co., Ltd., China.

The vessel will be classed by CCS and built to Liberia flag requirements. The delivery of the vessel is scheduled for 22 May 2025.

SMC is delighted to announce the Launching ceremony for an 82,000 DWT bulk carrier [SCION CHARLOTTE] under its supervision at Jiangsu New Hantong Ship Heavy Industry Co., Ltd., China. This is the fourth vessel in a series of four ordered by Scion Shipping & Trading Gmbh & Co. KG, Germany.

The vessel will be classed by Lloyd’s Register and built to Liberia flag requirements. The delivery of the vessel is scheduled for 23 April 2025.

SMC is delighted to announce Steel Cutting of a 50,000 DWT class oil/chemical tanker (Hull No. H2916) under its supervision at HD Hyundai Mipo Co., Ltd., Korea. This is the fifth vessel in a series of fifteen vessels ordered by PT Pertamina International Shipping, Indonesia.

The vessel will be classed by DNV and built to Panama flag requirements, scheduled to be delivered on 06 January 2026.

SMC is delighted to announce Steel Cutting of a 115,000 DWT LR2 product tanker (Hull No. P110K-73) under its supervision at Dalian DSIC Shipbuilding Industry, China. This is the second vessel in a series of two vessels ordered by YASA Tanker Management.

The vessel will be classed by LR and built to Marshall Island flag requirements, scheduled to be delivered on 20 May 2026.

SMC is delighted to announce the Keel Laying Ceremony for a 174,000 m³ LNG carrier (Hull no. SN2642) under its supervision at Samsung Heavy Industries, Korea. This is the vessel ordered by Tropic 15 Limited, Bermuda.

The vessel will be classed by LR and built to Republic of Liberia flag requirements. The delivery of the vessel is scheduled for 16 December 2025.

SMC is delighted to announce the Launching for 174,000 m³ LNG carrier (Hull no. SN2639) under its supervision at Samsung Heavy Industries, Korea. This is the vessel ordered by Gemini 13 Limited, Bermuda.

The vessel will be classed by ABS and built to Republic of Liberia flag requirements. The delivery of the vessel is scheduled for 16 September 2025.

SMC is delighted to announce the Launching for a 174,000 m3 LNG carrier (Hull no. SN2640) under its supervision at Samsung Heavy Industries, Korea. This is the vessel ordered by Gemini 14 Limited, Bermuda. The vessel will be classed by DNV and built to Republic of Liberia flag requirements. The delivery of the vessel is scheduled for 16 September 2025.
