Launching of 1,023 TEU container at DSSE

SMC is pleased to announce the Launching of 1,023 TEU container carrier, Hull No. SB673 at Daesun Shipbuilding & Engineering Co., Ltd., Korea. This is the third vessel in a series of ten vessels ordered by SITC Shipowning Group Co., Ltd., China.

The vessel will be classed by ABS and built to Hong Kong flag requirements, scheduled to be delivered on 20th April 2023.

Keel Laying of 2,600 TEU container at NYZ

SMC is pleased to announce the Keel Laying of 2,600 TEU container vessel, Hull No. N2674 at New Yangzi Shipbuilding, China. This is the 9th vessel in a series of 10 x 2,600 TEU vessels ordered by SITC Shipping Management Co.,Ltd, China.
The vessel will be classed by NK and built to Hong Kong flag requirements, scheduled to be delivered on 28th June 2023.

Steel Cutting of 7,000 TEU container at SWS

SMC is pleased to announce the Steel Cutting of 7,000 TEU container vessel, Hull No. H1534 at Shanghai Waigaoqiao Shipbuilding, China. This is the last vessel in a series of 12 x 7,000 TEU vessels ordered by Sea Consortium Pte. Ltd., Singapore.
The vessel will be classed by ABS and built to Singapore flag requirements, scheduled to be delivered on 15th March 2024.

Steel Cutting of 63.5k DWT at CXS

SMC is pleased to announce Steel Cutting of 63,500 DWT bulk carrier, Hull No. CX0668

at Chengxi Shipbuilding, China. This is the second vessel in a series of eight vessels ordered by Huaxia Financial Leasing Co., Ltd., China.

The vessel will be classed by ABS and built to the flag of Republic of the Marshall Islands, scheduled to be delivered on 26th December 2023.

Launching of 63.6K BC at COSCO Zhoushan

SMC is pleased to announce the Launching of 63,600 DWT bulk carrier, Hull No. N1086 at COSCO Shipping Heavy Industry, Zhoushan, China. This is the first vessel in a series of eight vessels ordered by Bank of Communications Financial Leasing Co., Ltd. Shanghai, China.
The vessel will be classed by ABS and built to the Marshall Islands flag requirements, scheduled to be delivered on 30th June 2023.

Keel Laying of 13,200 TEU container at SHI

SMC is pleased to announce the Keel Laying completion of 13,200 TEU container vessel, Hull No. SN 2575 at Samsung Heavy Industries Shipyard, Korea. This is the 5th vessel in a series of 13 x 13,200 TEU vessels ordered by Wan Hai Lines, Taipei.

The vessel was classed by ABS and built to Singapore flag requirements, scheduled to be delivered on 30th June 2023.

SMC is pleased to announce the Launching completion of 13,200 TEU container vessel, Hull No. SN 2443 at Samsung Heavy Industries Shipyard, Korea. This is the 4th vessel in a series of 13 x 13,200 TEU vessels ordered by Wan Hai Lines, Taipei.
The vessel was classed by ABS and built to Singapore flag requirements, scheduled to be delivered on 31st March 2023.

SMC is pleased to announce Keel Laying of 7,000 TEU container vessels, Hull No. H1552 and H1553 at Shanghai Waigaoqiao Shipbuilding Co. Ltd., China. This is the 3rd and 4th vessels in a series of 12 x 7,000 TEU vessels ordered by Sea Consortium Pte. Ltd., Singapore.

The vessels will be classed by ABS and built to Singapore flag requirements, scheduled to be delivered on 31st August 2023 and 11th September 2023 respectively.

The vessel will be classed by NK and built to Hong Kong flag requirements, scheduled to be delivered on 28th March 2023.

SMC is pleased to announce delivery of 2,600 TEU container vessel, Hull No. N2038 (mv ”SITC QIMING” – “海丰启明”) at New Yangzi Shipbuilding, China. This is the 6th vessel in a series of 10 x 2,600 TEU vessels ordered by SITC Shipping Management Co.,Ltd, China.

The vessel classed by ABS and built to Hong Kong flag requirements.
