SMC is pleased to announce Delivery Ceremony in New Yangzi Shipyard, China: of mv “PORT KLANG”, Hull No: YZJ2015-2022, the 1st unit from the series of three 2,700 TEU container vessels ordered by SITC, China.

SMC is pleased to announce Keel Laying of 210,000 DWT bulk carrier, Hull No. H1519 at Shanghai Waigaoqiao Shipbuilding, China. It is the second vessel from the series of four such bulk carriers ordered by CITIC Commodities, Singapore.

The vessel will be classed by BV and built to Hongkong flag requirements. Delivery of the vessel is scheduled for 30th April 2021.

SMC is pleased to announce Keel Laying ceremony of 113,000 crude oil tanker at Zhoushan COSCO,

China, Hull No. N756, the second unit 113,000 DWT crude oil tanker ordered by Union maritime, UK.

The vessel will be classed by LR and built to Marshal Island flag requirements. Delivery of the vessel is scheduled for 26th August 2021.

SMC is pleased to announce Steel Cutting of four vessels – 2 x 50,000 DWT MR2 and 2 x 110,000 DWT LR2 Tankers, Hull No. 0405004/05 and 0311109/10 respectively at New Times Shipbuilding, China.

This is a series of 4 vessels ordered by Bihar International Company, UAE. The vessels will be classed by ABS and built to Liberian flag requirements. Deliveries are scheduled between October and November 2021.

SMC is pleased to announce Launching ceremony of 113,000 DWT, Hull No. N755 at Zhoushan COSCO heavy industries Ltd,

China. the first unit 113,000 DWT crude oil tanker ordered by Union marine Ltd, UK.

The vessel will be classed by LR and built to Marshal Island flag requirements. Delivery of the vessel is scheduled for 15th April 2021.

SMC is pleased to announce Steel Cutting of 210,000 DWT bulk carrier, Hull No. H1520 at Shanghai Waigaoqiao Shipbuilding, China. It is the third vessel from the series of four such bulk carriers ordered by CITIC Commodities, Singapore.

The vessel will be classed by LR and built to Hongkong flag requirements.

Delivery of the vessel is scheduled for 30th November 2021.

SMC is pleased to report steel cutting of 210,000 DWT bulk carrier, Hull No. H1521 at Shanghai Waigaoqiao Shipbuilding, China. It is the last vessel from the series of four such bulk carriers ordered by CITIC Commodities, Singapore.

The vessel will be classed by LR and built to Hongkong flag requirements. Delivery of the vessel is scheduled for 5th January 2022.

SMC is pleased to announce Launching Ceremony of Hull No. YZJ2015-2023 in New Yangzi Shipyard, China. the 2nd unit from the series of 3X2700 TEU Container SHIP ordered by SITC.

Vessels in the series are classed by class DNV-GL will be built to Hongkong flag requirements.

Delivery of the vessel is scheduled for 31st December 2020 according Contract.

SMC is pleased to announce Steel Cutting of P&O ROPAX1500 vessels, Hull No. 19121007, 19121008 and 19121009 at GSI, China. The vessels were ordered by P&O Ferries.

The vessels will be classed by DNV-GL, and are scheduled to be delivered as follows: 19121007 on 23^rd Sep 2022, 19121008 on 23^rd Mar 2023 and delivery date of 19121009 to be confirmed.

SMC is pleased to announce vessel launched of mv “CL YULIN”, Hull No. H2017-1278 at Jiangsu Xinfu Shipbuilding, China, the eighth unit from the series of Ten 208,000 DWT bulk carriers ordered by China Development Bank Financial Leasing Co. Ltd., P.R. China.

The vessel will be classed by ABS and built to Liberia flag requirements.

Vessel launched on 24th September 2020.
