SMC is delighted to announce the Steel Cutting Ceremony for a 115,000 DWT production oil tanker (Hull No. CHB3022) under its supervision at Zhoushan Changhong International Shipyard Co., Ltd., China. This is the second vessel in a series of three ordered by Pro Tanker Investment Co., Ltd., Singapore.

The vessel was classed by ABS’s Register and built to Singapore flag requirements. The delivery of the vessel is scheduled for 10 May 2026.

SMC is delighted to announce the Delivery Ceremony for a 66,000 DWT shallow draft bulk carriers under its supervision at PengLai ZhongBai JingLu Ship Industry Co., Ltd, China.

The Vessel is specially designed to load 25,000 tons of copper concentrates at a shallow draft of 6.20m. The vessel will be classed by ABS and built to Liberia flag requirements and flag have been changed to Jakarta upon delivery.

SMC is delighted to announce the Delivery of an 82,000 DWT bulk carrier [RGR OKINAWA] at Jiangsu New Hantong Ship Heavy Industry CO., Ltd. China. This the third in series of four vessels ordered by Scion Shipping & Trading.

The vessel will be classed by LR and built to Liberia flag requirements.

SMC is pleased to announce the Steel Cutting of a 50,000 DWT class oil/chemical tanker (Hull No. H2915) at HD Hyundai Mipo Co., Ltd., Korea. This is the fourth vessel in a series of fifteen vessels ordered by PT Pertamina International Shipping, Indonesia.

The vessel will be classed by DNV and built to Panama flag requirements, scheduled to be delivered on 25 November 2025.

SMC is delighted to announce the Delivery for an 82,000 DWT bulk carrier [BH FORTUNE] under its supervision at Hengli Shipyard, China. This is the last vessel in a series of four vessels ordered by Hairun Shipping Limited Company, China.

The vessel is classed by NK Classification Society and built to Liberia flag requirements. The delivery date of the vessel is 21 January 2025.

SMC is delighted to announce the Launching Ceremony for a 7,700 DWT bunker tanker (Hull No. HTJ23209) under its supervision at Jiang Men Hang Tong Shipyard, China. This is the first vessel in a series of four ordered by Peninsula, Spain.

The vessel will be classed by Lloyd’s Register and built to Madeira flag requirements. The delivery of the vessel is scheduled for 31 May 2025.

SMC is pleased to announce Steel Cutting of a 174,000 m³ LNG carrier (Hull No. SN 2646) under its supervision at Samsung Heavy Industries, Korea. This is the vessel ordered by Tropic 19 Limited.

The vessel will be classed by LR and built to the flag of Republic of Liberia, scheduled to delivery for 16 June 2026.

SMC is delighted to announce the Delivery Ceremony for an 36,880 DWT lakemax general cargo, Hull No. BC37K-5 under its supervision at DSIC Shanhaiguan Shipbuilding Industry Co., China. This is the fifth vessel in a series of twelve ordered by Polsteam, Poland.

The vessel will be classed by Lloyd’s Register and built to Portugal flag requirements. The delivery of the vessel is scheduled for 16 January 2025.

SMC is delighted to announce the Delivery Ceremony for a 64,000 DWT bulk carrier [OBE Unity] under its supervision at NACKS Nantong, China. This is the second vessel in a series of two ordered by OBE Ships Management CO. L.L.C. UAE.

The vessel classed by NK and built to Panama flag requirements.

SMC is delighted to announce Keel Laying Ceremony for a 62,000DWT heavy-lift multi-purpose vessel (Hull No. CX9612) under its supervision at CSSC Chengxi Shipyard (Yangzhou), China. This is the last vessel in a series of twelve ordered by Bank of Communications Financials Leasing Co., Ltd, China.

The vessel will be classed by CCS and built to Liberia flag requirements. The delivery of the vessel is scheduled for 19 June 2025.
