Delivery and Naming Ceremony of 36,880 DWT LakeMax General Cargo at DSIC shipyard.
SMC is delighted to announce the Delivery and Naming Ceremony for a 36,880 DWT lakemax general cargo (Hull No. BC37K-8) under its supervision at DSIC Shanhaiguan Shipbuilding Industry Co., Ltd., China. This is the eighth vessel in a series of twelve vessels ordered by Polsteam, Poland.
The vessel will be classed by Lloyd’s Register and built to Portugal flag requirements. The delivery of the vessel is scheduled for 22 October 2025.
Steel Cutting of 50,000 DWT MR Tanker at Hyundai Mipo Co., Ltd.
SMC is pleased to announce Steel Cutting Ceremony of a 50,000 DWT MR Tanker (Hull No. H2924) at Hyundai Mipo Co., Ltd., Korea. This is the eighth vessel in a series of ten vessels ordered by Pertamina International Shipping PTE. LTD, Singapore.
The vessel will be classed by DNV and built to Panama flag requirements, scheduled to be delivered on 20 August 2026.
Steel Cutting of 63,500 DWT Bulk Carrier at Jiangsu Soho Innovation & Technology Shipbuilding Co., Ltd.
SMC is delighted to announce the Steel Cutting Ceremony for a 63,500 DWT bulk carrier (Hull No. SAM015) at Jiangsu Soho Innovation & Technology Shipbuilding Co., Ltd. China.
The vessel is classed by China Classification Society and built to Marshall Islands Flag requirements. The delivery of the vessel is scheduled for 15 October 2026.
Keey Laying of 7,700 DWT Bunker Tanker at Jiang Men Hang Tong Shipyard
SMC is delighted to announce the Keel Laying Ceremony for a 7,700 DWT bunker tanker (Hull No. HTJ24205) under its supervision at Jiang Men Hang Tong Shipyard, China. This is the fifth vessel in a series of ten vessels ordered by Peninsula, Spain.
The vessel will be classed by Lloyd’s Register and built to Madeira flag requirements. The delivery of the vessel is scheduled for 30 October 2026.

SMC is pleased to announce Keel Laying Ceremony of a 50,000 DWT MR tanker (Hull No. H2919) at Hyundai Mipo Co., Ltd., Korea. This is the third vessel in a series of ten vessels ordered by Pertamina International Shipping PTE. LTD, Singapore.
The vessel will be classed by DNV and built to Panama flag requirements, scheduled to be delivered on 1 April 2026.

SMC is pleased to announce Keel Laying of 50,000 DWT MR tanker (Hull No. CX5012) at Chengxi Shipyard Co., Ltd., China. This is the first vessel in a series of four vessels ordered by CS Singfar Pte Ltd.
The vessel was classed by LR and built to Singapore flag requirements, scheduled to be delivered in April of 2026.

SMC is delighted to announce the Steel Cutting Ceremony for 48,500 m³ LEG/LPG carrier (Hull No. H2854) under its supervision at Jiangnan Shipyard (Group) Co., Ltd., China. This is the first vessel in a series of four ordered by Navigator Gas (Denmark) ApS.
The vessel will be classed by American Bureau of Shipping and built to Denmark flag requirements.

SMC is delighted to announce the Keel Laying Ceremony for a 49,500 DWT MR tanker (Hull No. 23110006) under its supervision at Guangzhou Shipyard International Co., Ltd, China. This is the fourth vessel in a series of six ordered by Bermuda based companies.
The vessel will be classed by Bureau Veritas and built to Liberia flag requirements.
