SMC is delighted to announce the Keel Laying Ceremony for a 49,500 DWT methanol dual fuel chemical/product oil tanker (Hull No. 23110050) under its supervision at Guangzhou Shipyard International Co., Ltd, China. This is the first vessel in a series of six ordered by Bermuda based companies.
The vessel will be classed by Bureau Veritas and built to Liberia flag requirements. The delivery of the vessel is scheduled for 30 July 2025.
