SMC is pleased to report the keel laying of vessel DY4063 at New Dayang Shipbuilding Ltd, China. This is the fifth unit in the series of eight 63,500 DWT crown design geared bulk carriers being built at this yard for owners AVIC International Leasing, China. AVIC is a Chinese state-owned aerospace and defense conglomerate.

The vessel is classed by BV and built to Marshal flag requirements.

Delivery of the vessel is scheduled for 6th Nov 2019.

SMC is pleased to report delivery ceremony in New Dayang shipbuilding Co., Ltd., China, of “CL Zhenjiang”, Hull No. DY 6006, the fourth unit from the series of 5 x 82K Bulk carrier ordered by Sumec, China.

All vessels in the series are classed by NK.

SMC is pleased to report launching at Chengxi Shipyard (Jiangyin), China, of Hull No. CX0824B, the second unit form the series of four 82,000 DWT Bulk carriers order by Bank of Communication Finance Leasing Co., Ltd.

The vessel will be classed by CCS and built to Marshall flag requirements.

Delivery of the vessel is scheduled for 26th August 2019.

SMC is pleased to report launching at Taizhou state-owned shipyard Haidong Shipyard, China of “SPIL RATNA”, Hull No. HDBD-2018-001, the first unit from the series of two 558TEU containers ordered by SPIL, Indonesia.

The vessel will be classed by ZC and built as domestic sailing vessel complying with China MSA requirements.

Delivery of the vessel is scheduled for 1st July 2019.

SMC is pleased to report launching ceremony in Zhoushan Changhong Shipyard Co., Ltd, China, Hull No. CHB044, 64,000 DWT Bulk Carrier.

All vessels in the series are classed by LR and will be built to MARSHALL flag requirements.

Delivery of the vessel is scheduled for 30th June 2019.

SMC is pleased to report : The Delivery of Hull No. TK1029, FLORA SCHULTE was carried out at 0958 hours LT on 12^th April 2019 in Taizhou Kouan Shipbuilding Co. Ltd, China in the presence of representatives from Owners, SMC and Lloyd’s Register. This is the first unit from a series of 4 X GREEN DOLPHIN 38,500 DWT Bulk Carriers ordered by Bernhard Schulte GmBH.

The vessel is classed by LR and built to the Singapore flag requirements.

SMC is pleased to report Keel Laying Ceremony in New Yangzi Shipyard, CHINA: of MV” Hull No: YZJ2015-2020, the first unit from the series of six 2,400 TEU container ships ordered by SITC.

Two vessels in the series are classed by DNV-GL, and the other four are classed by NK, and will be built to Hongkong flag requirements.

Delivery of the vessel is scheduled for 21th October 2019.

The vessel will be classed by CCS and built to Marshall flag requirements.

Delivery of the vessel is scheduled for 26th Aug 2019.

SMC is pleased to report Naming and Delivery Ceremony in Yangzijiang Shipbuilding Group LTD, China of mv “ORE NINGBO”, Hull No. YZJ2015-2274, the sixth unit from the series of 6 x 400,000 DWT VLOC ordered by ICBC Leasing & Hong Kong Ming Wah Shipping Co., Ltd.

SMC is pleased to report : The Launching of Hull No. TK1030 was carried out at 1500 hours LT on 21^st March 2019 in Taizhou Kouan Shipbuilding Co. Ltd, China in the presence of representatives from SMC and Lloyd’s Register. This is the second unit from a series of 4 X GREEN DOLPHIN 38,500 DWT Bulk Carriers ordered by Bernhard Schulte GmBH.

The vessel will be classed by LR and built to the Singapore flag requirements.

Delivery of the vessel is scheduled on 12^th April 2019.
